Dry-hopped pilsner with Cascade, Cashmere and Triumph hops. 5% ABV // 0 IBU.

CHIN MUSIC

Easy drinking golden ale lightly aged in fresh Cooperstown Distillery whiskey barrels to impart hints of oak and booze. 5.0% ABV // 20 IBU.

MANGO MILKSHAKE IPA

Brewed with late addition hops of Citra, Mosaic, Waimea and Kohata. Mango puree and lactose provide a bright, subtly sweet smooth milkshake IPA  7.5% ABV // 25 IBU.

CRIMSON BERRY HARD TEA

Crimson berry in an infusion of currants, hibiscus, hibiscus, rose hips, cranberries, and elderberries. Lush, fruity and refreshing. 5.6% ABV.

RASPBERRY IMPERIAL

Imperial Stout with notes of dark cocoa, coffee and fig. Intense, dark and robust 11% ABV. - 12OZ. POURS ONLY.

SPA CITY EARLY

IPA hopped with Citra and El Dorado, conditioned with Saratoga Tea & Honey Spa City Earl Grey. Vanilla, pineapple and hard candy notes 6.5% ABV.

New England style IPA featuring Galaxy citra, Amarillo simco and Idaho-7 hops. Hints of tropical fruit and subtle pine. 7.2% ABV

Double dry-hopped, hazy IPA with Azacca and HBC472 hops. Conditioned with Burundi and Rwanda coffee. Delicate fruit, vanilla and oak notes 7% ABV // 0 IBU
